pierre, it seems to be also in Sinclair's imagination and was in his mind much earlier than in my imagination (?). That is why he bought Prana (?) and that is why I bought some more.
The Kosman paper effect (PBT434 on endothelial cells) is very important and maybe that ATH434 will demonstrate to be a Sirtuin 1 activator or maybe iron chelation is enough to activate Sirtuin 1.
I would hope to be demonstrated that ATH434 or iron chelation by itself will activate also Sirtuin 3, relating more to neurodegeneration than Sirtuin 1. We need some papers by Sinclair himself !!!
The effect on the endothelial cells in rats in this TikTok video is very demonstrative and it tells very well the role of endothelial cells and is explaining the Kosman paper. how ATH works on them in spite it is not being an ATH434 video. Thanks Pierre!
