Like a laughing cow she grinned at the people lining the docks with their bags . The segments of her teeth so perfect she could double the size of her grin from a sneer to one they could not resist.
She gave a cheesy grin .
'No use bringing you own bags sir ' We supply all your needs she whispered to herself .
You dont know where you are going till you pass our check points of care .
Deep in thought .
She looked up as a door flew around in the wind banging aimlessly on its hinges .
A flurry of dust kicked up in the distance .
She squinted into the darkness as the speckles shone in the spotlights combing the skyline .
She turned back and looked out to sea .Almost feeling he was gone .
So close yet so far. The one she loved and desired. She knew so well .
That pickle of a feeling left her .
Had she missed something . That door?
That dust as the ship kept coming .
Smoked cod! Anyone for smoked cod .
Smoked cod ,smoked cod A drunken fishmonger called out again .
A delicatessen of thoughts crossed her mind .
Beaten again as she looked down the aisles to old england from Germany they would come .
