I have been watching Invion for a little while and like the company.
I held Chemgenex but I wouldn't call the deal great.
It would IMO be like someone buying Invion for $0.20, many shareholders would be underwater though those that got in now or sometime in the last year may be happy.
Cephalon are very canny, they knew Omapro was good and the risk was low due to Chemgenex having completed Phase III trials.
Shareholders were tired of how long it was taking and not sure if FDA would approve it so they accepted the takeover.
I don't think it took long for Cephalon to get Omapro approved after it bought Chemgenex.
