Are we sure this is still a deal signing and not a take over.... based on the extension and then suspension this has the calling cards of an all out take over bid.
Just my assumption. I would of thought the agreement once signed would be realesed to market promptly where as in the case of a take over there is negotiations so on and so forth.. food for thought. Happy to be wrong.
