Sorry I have to disagree because your quotation of the notice is not true.
It clearly states that they "expect" to make the announcement.
If we were to use the analogy of "imminent" that we have endured in the past, then anything could happen.
Whilst this is a very trying time awaiting the news it will be what it will be and only Adam will declare the answer.
