Hard to see the reason for the sell off based on available info. My best guess is that if IIF needs to recap, GMG will need to set aside some cash. There is also the overhang from retail placement. On top of that market sentiment for REITs isn't great although GPT had a last minute surge.
The dividend yield is getting ridiculous so I'm hoping there are no nasty news that haven't been announced. Discounting the unknowns, 72 cents must be a great buy for a company that recently went through a recap of $1b at 90 cents.
