They are still buying 10% on market..up to 140 mill shares..the shares have been pushed down, the buyback will put a floor under the price.
SCE did a report and valued at 55c...
I see min 30c within 30 days..so a 20% increase, not abad return. remembering as people sell into the buyback, those shares are not put back on for sale..those of us who a long term holders know the value...you may see selling liquidity dry up imo...so the price will rise
