He said the company should experience some good growth, with Barry O'Farrell committed to opening more land for needed subdivision housing West of Sydney. The building of 400,000 new houses in 2-3 years out there, should help the company's exposure with its building supplies division such as chip boads. etc. He then went on to say he likes CSR's long term outlook, and it was a good strategy to sell the Sugar Division.
