Wonder how long the bean counters in the forum will take before they throw up the actual figures for you! You are right though, at the end of the day its all about how much money is coming in and wether we want to share it. The extra land shuts everyone else out, I think a price re-rating will occur (80c) soon as the hecklers are forced to sit down because of production figures. - so stuff the JV.
