I don't think we can say what is an unrealistic SP. It will be partially a function of the crazy currency creation experiment taking place world-wide.
When looking to sell I will be taking note of things such as the gold:silver and the gold:dow ratios. Considering selling 1/2 if silver goes parabolic (doubling in a 6 months period as it has in the past). Also, keeping an eye on housing costs to average income ratio (it was around 4.5 back in 1970 and more like 13 today), if you are trying to get into property and there is ever a correction! If we have hyperinflation you should try to swap cash from share sales quickly into real things: physical PMs if possible; perhaps even classic cars or artwork.
