Problem there is Housing is No different to the share market If the housing market is not at the top it is close to it When interest rates take off most people that are borrowed to the eyeballs will lose their homes And still owe the balance Which will then start a devastating downward spiral in housing pricing compounding the problem as their will be NO demand at that point So again like any market it will overshoot to the downside Then the people that have prepared for what's coming will mop up at ultra cheap housing prices.
