Lengthy suspensions dont have any place in a free market and in this case it results in TSV management circumventing their responsibilities. That is,.....to provide a free and open market for the companys securities , and to provide regular information updates so that the market is fully informed at all times.
There is daily or even hourly info available to the company, which if released would allow shareholders to make their own judgements as to whether to buy or sell or hold on a daily basis.
Instead, we will all be told the big news at one point in time, maybe today, maybe next week , maybe the week after? Depending on the news there will be one of the following reactions,
    1. bad news: massive sell-off with the sp going below 1 cent and staying there. There is no plan B for TSV.
    2. good news:buying pressure and good upward movement in the share price.
3.Average result: sp holds its ground or drifts lower.

So management have put us all in the same boat by not regularly informing the market and letting the sp go where investors would take it on a daily basis. This would allow those with varying degrees of risk-taking to sell or load up based on their interpretation of the information, on a daily basis.
Sorry, these guys are still on trainer wheels.
