It's a worry when major partner in a project is being very conservative about it's prospects while the rest are playing it up! :) I suppose it's good to have an anchor to keep perspective :)
ROC's share price in the doldrums even though they have the largest equity in the upcoming cliffhead program, is this the managements fault or just recent writedowns / writeoffs scaring investors?
Please help, i think ROC looks the bargain of the century but I haven't investigated it too deeply. I could be missing something important.
