the buyers will continue to fade as the JV announcement looms...why would anyone want to sell when its so close...and if you didnt believe in the story, why would you buy, so there will be very little out there who will be selling due to the thought of no announcement coming, they would be out by now....in turn, buyers will continue to grow and FAR looks like moving very shortly...the target could be around 9.3c where recently it spiked to, things are turning in the right direction for FAR, im another acquirer today
