The only possible way to do this imho is to do a share
reconstruction of the cap base ie. 3:1 should boost the SP to about $1.50

That way you remove the current churning & associated noise taking place and restrore the registry with more large players particularly in the TOP 20 and make it easier and more efficient when wanting to raise capital down the track.
