you are right, but the lamp area is huge. let's say lynas could build 3 phases or more
lamp, phase 1+2, produce lree
and
lamp, phase 3+X, produce hree
i've read, last year, i cant remember where, phase 3 # concentration plant, would cost around $500,000,000 to produce hree from duncan deposit
