If you also assume that 20% unsold products, NdPr and HREE residues, are priced at ~ $100/kg then we can come up with basket price for Lynas products is 80%*$9/kg + 20%*$100/kg = $27.2/kg.
This basket price $27/kg is fairly consistent with the number ~$28-29/kg thrown around by the CEO and analysts.
I wish they are a bit more clear in their QR and those analysts asked the questions about products sold then we can use the numbers as facts instead of assumptions.
So if the demand picks up and they can solve the production issues at the LAMP then things will be bright again.
