Lifx connection issues have been ongoing for years , potential of a large product recall or class action will prevent anyone wanting to buy the company imo. Someone will pick up the IP and use the good bits if any in their own products.
latest reviews are like nails in the Coffin on potential sales of their remaining inventory. I personally wouldn't buy any product of theirs with so many bugs and the lifespan of the lights look limited by some of the comments.
