I said before i think the business now understands itself.
People also keep going on about the debt. $18m left owed to the Chinese. The rest of the $70m acquisition has been done. I honestly don’t think the Chinese will end up getting $18m. I would hope the final number agreed to is less than half, paid to them buy a financier as a one off payment. If that happens then the price goes from $70m to approx $60m and the debt doesn’t look too bad. Time will tell but I reckon this is now a good business. That being said I don’t expect to see my 10c average for a while! (But I do think I will eventually).
