Regardless of chart analysis, it is likely to drift lower over time if news is not forthcoming. Chart analysis is only one piece of analysis, doesn't consider fair value or forthcoming announcement. If we could simply trade based on what the chart predicts , we would all be rich - unfortunately chart analysis is basically just guessing/ gambling like everything else, you often get it wrong.
