Black Friday sales are up on the website already. 20% on everything in lifx.com.au.
If the average margin is 43% and you discount the sale price by 20%, you end up with a mere 14.4% margin.
The discounts on the US site are even larger. I'm not sure why you would need to discount so steeply if your products were in high demand. Take Sonos as an example.
