Management needs to pull if off this time. I have set a timeframe of 6 months out of which 3 months is the remaining time. I won't jump off the ship now or even after 3 months but I will consider som either options. I'll probably buy the company off and make him understand what a useless c*nt he's been over the past 12 months.
