I was also in JB last week buying a new laptop in the South Wharf DFO. Had a similar conversation with the sales attendant and he said that Lifx were selling alright but he didn't seem overly enthusiastic about them.

He went on to tell me that the Phillips Hue is a far superior product and uses a lot less internet bandwidth. I don't know if this is true but he certainly didn't seem overly enthusiastic about Lifx.

At the end of the day, a sales assistants can make a big difference to our overall sales. If they have a strong impression about the product they will certainly push it to the customer.
