As for MML judging by the reaction the market (as expected) was waiting for this news.

Will be interesting to see if the momentum can be maintained in the coming weeks given that the Philippines has now no doubt trashed their reputation as a mining jurisdiction and obtaining interest from institutional investors as MML operations improve may be more challenging.

Ultimately I'm glad that MML made it through - but seeing how many other miners didn't make it definitely raises eyebrows and makes me second guess accumulating more.
