Part of me agrees with this, as not having a functioning app is not a reasonable reason for having it suspension. However, "IF" the reason is due to the restrictions imposed by Apple, (getting a functioning payment gateway setup), then I can understand why it is.
This is where communication to the SH is a problem. Saying it's Apples' fault and they are the hold up is all well and good, but is it due to:-
1. The app approval process
2. App performance problems
3. Apple and the payment gateway
4. Price Negotiations with Apple
Realistically all but option 2 I think give grounds for a trading suspension I believe, however most of the talk from WGL has been about option 2 with hints at 1, 3 and 4.
