**For example, if they were to say "we have some developers working with apple to determine the best way to implement the payment gateway for our mixed users (users that are using both android and apple devices) and while this is happening we are further testing and working on improvements for the app." I think we could agree that it being in suspension would be fine. however if it is just bug fixes performance improvement, then it should be left to market forces.
