IMO it is all about market cap and HotCopper has an incorrect market cap of $32.96M as they are using a number of shares of 79m where even from FCC's website they give 337.8m shares outstanding giving a market cap of about $135M which is still may be too high for where they are at and what they have at the moment...If FCC could get their refinery up to snuff and ready for material to process that would help quite a lot..
All battery metals stocks are on a downer and have been for a few months...Long term, those companies that 'have the stuff' and can produce the 'stuff' at a decently profitable value will rise above any 'downer' like what is happening now..
