We’re almost there folks,

From the sheer volume of votes coming in FOR the resolutions, and from the many letters of support, the general consensus is that shareholders:

• Are very dissatisfied with how our company has been performing

• Are sick and tired of being left in the dark

• Resent the current Board who is there to represent them and 1100 fellow shareholders but instead is working in the interest of just ONE shareholder – Bhushan Steele

• Don’t trust Bhushan and want to extinguish our business relationship with them immediately

• Want to see some value added to their stock, pronto

• Eagerly await June 22nd when Bowen Energy will be put back in shareholder hands

It’s a great story and I’ve been told some shareholders are even buying more stock to add weight to their vote!

For those who have recently purchased stock, but don’t know how to vote FOR the resolutions, please follow these instructions:

Print the proxy form (2 pages out of the 'Notice of general meeting')

1. Under “I/We” write the full name(s) of the registered shareholder(s) in the same way this information appears on the share registry

2. Next to ‘of’ write your full address (or company address), as it appears on the share registry

3. You may tick the box next to Chairman

4. Tick all eight boxes under “FOR”, to vote in favour of the resolutions

5. Next to ‘AND for’ write 100%

6. The form should be signed by the named shareholder(s)

7. Send completed form to the requisitioners at THIS ADDRESS:
******* PO BOX 669, Chatswood NSW 2057 *******

Proxies are being received from all corners of the GLOBE – so if you have not sent one in yet, there's no excuse, that's poor form. Support is required from all shareholders, large and small. So, let’s keep the pressure on and get those votes in!
