Last NTA (from memory) was just under the $5 mark.....
Can't see too many letting FKP go unless its a mighty fine offer.......
Once rates start to drop again (might be a while) FKP will power back to previous highs.....
Maybe a script offer from another property mob, but not many around that are as good as FKP imo.....
