@elit, don't want to be a wet blanket here but if Telink are supplying ADRC enabled chips to Philips and paying royalties on those to XPED, why would there need to be an additional license deal between Philips and XPED? (Or even Philips/Telink for that matter.) Again I can see why they would have material agreements of one kind or another for mutual benefit, i.e. technology improvements or solutions resulting in many more chips sold, but why a licence?
