These Options would be offered under a separate prospectus and it is proposed that, for nil or a nominal
issue price per Option, one (1) Option will be granted for every two (2) Shares held by eligible Shareholders
on the record date (other than Shares held by Shareholders with a registered address outside of Australia
or New Zealand).
