is it possible that the immenent announcement of the massive solar tower near Mildura (North west VIC) that will be an almost instant source of power to the VIC, NSW and SA grid is putting people off this project at the moment? I would not think that it would, but who knows... perhaps the community see this as the government leaning more towards solar energy rather than hot rocks?
