Thankfully those who are already holding can simply weather this financial mess. Full funding for the next couple of years is secured, by which time some degree of normality should have returned to the financing markets.
There is great value offered by a company that can boast $87M in secured funding for $29M in market capitalisation. With that funding in consideration, this is a somewhat defensive play among junior stocks.
How much more difficult would it be to attain such funding under current conditions? What effect will this have on PTR's first mover advantage in a sector constrained by large financing requirements?
