In this latest release LGL stated that the ballarat resource wasn't as big as they expected, but it is still a producer, and possibly up to 100,000 ounces, I wouldn't call that a failure, perhaps it was a failure on LGL's managment not to realise the potential production, but someone will pick it up cheaply and make some decent money on the old BGF tenements,remember also that the gold in the Ballarat is nuggety, so one day you may be getting rock that is barely mineable, and the next day you could be on a real winner!

But I certainly wouldn't call the mine a complete failure' LGL managment? well perhaps!
