I've just put in a complaint about AFT to the ASX for lack of compliance in regards to ongoing disclosure. I've been wanting to do this for ages. Neil Bourne and Stone Wang have been useless in this regard and pretty much every other regard as well. I don't expect to hear back from the ASX apart from the courtesy 'we have your complaint in hand' , but i do hope they treat it seriously and contact the company about the above and also find out whether they are capable of continuing as a going concern. AFT did nothing with the $2 million they conned out of surplus king or all the other capital raisings they have done over the past 5 years. I also asked the legalities about Stone Wang gifting himself for free over 600 million shares going back a few years ago which was a substantial dilution at the time. His shares are worth nothing but its the principle of the matter. E.
