They know as well as we do that news is on its way....They also know that there is more than 1 party interested in SDL, and that other party may present their offer or JV deal any time now....
IMO i think the sp will go in only one direction sooner rather than later, and that direction will be north as like you said, no one is selling and no one wants to sell this close to news....
