Their real achievement to-date has been to acquire the most prime and strategic logistics assets (the Mayfairs and the Park Lanes of the Monopoly board)

The business now has real regional possibilities, but ....

.... there is always a but. They must match it with good execution. Toll have had a history of being bureaucratic.

What we need is for Paul Little to stay motivated for another 10 years or so, and also make sure he hires the best operators money can buy.

Then we've got it made.
