But back then I expected $2.20 as rock bottom by the time Ching came on line, even if all the drills were to turn out duds or uncertain (they did). And of course I was expecting some drilling success + a Tiof or other development.

Sense tells me to bail out now too, I'd think we're looking at perhaps $2.10-$2.20 if the dispute is settled in the next few weeks vs maybe $1.60 or even lower if it goes to arbitration (with the huge frustration of being long in a dog stock). I tend to think the dispute can't be settled as it takes ages for minor negotiations between lawyers on the simplest matters, and this complex and not trivial. But Simon seems to have told several Hotcopperites he's pretty sure the dispute will be over in a few weeks.
