Fair points on search criteria, no issues there.
@furniture agreed, and it was my thesis for holding IPP. However, IMO, RNT isn't unique in the same way - it has no point of difference, no location advantage (IPP is Asia as we know) and why would REA buy it? For a domain? Listings appear to just be a subset of what you'd get on realestate.com.au anyway.
Am not intentionally being critical, just wanting to understand why people believe this has value.
