Rent.com.au is not just about listing rentals.
It's about providing a portal for many services for landlords and tenants. You may be aware of the branded services already, such as rentbond, etc; but there are more under development such as insurance, portals for removalists/cleaning, leasing documents, etc.
Are you also aware REA doesn't allow private advertisements (you need to list through an agent). RNT aims to provide a one-stop shop to simplify many services.
You won't see a market cap of REA's 6 odd billion, but (IMO) the potential for $500 million plus is definitely achievable, and that makes this SPECULATIVE investment a better PUNT than REA, which has already used up it's potential for 10+ multibags.
