over the next few days you will hear from a former B&B employee who will to a limited extent confirm what I have been posting like many others about B&B.

It has taken a bit of coaxing to get the ex employee to speak out. The catalyst was the knowledge that ASIC and the company's lawyers have now in their own self interests put the dogs on to us.

We can now post without any fear of the unknown. We know that IP addresses have been traced and in her case she has been "spoken to".

There is not a single level of authority that has not been compromised in this saga. B&B need not feel terribly paranoid that they are being picked on. Octaviar? the old MFS has had law enforcement officers and officers of the court compromised in the way that even courts may have been duped in the way they dispose of any complaints against the phenomenon that has become the predatory lender.

In Queensland especially it has been said, that from city council's planning departments officers to state government officials the level of sophistication used to protect these demons has been very very high.

The nexus between government officials, regulators and others is strong and undeniable. Thats what the 'free market' is meant to have been to many of these employees some of whom are now fearful of reprisals.

High powered law firms have indirectly threatened barristers with blacklisting over some matters in hich they had been engaged to act against the interests of a predatory lender. Sounds like Joh and Terrence Lewis all over again? Perhaps wwe need another Fitzgerald inquiry but this time on a national scale.

It is these law firms that have acted as conduit and accessories to the crimes that corporate criminals have been committing against those of us without protection at even the most level we are entitled to from the state.

These firms have government as their clients, advise and protect individual government ministers, officers of government departments and yes the regulator itself.

Perhaps now we have some idea as to why the regulator has been allowed to be so incompetent and corrupted in the sense they have allowed the integrity of the system to be compromised at our collective expense.

ASIC and the ASX have as lawyers the same firms that prosecute small shareholders and defend the same crooks against small shareholders. Chinese walls??? no such thing.

Money does not talk. It screams obscenities.
