    I would like to see the Vic government and Feds PUT $4 Billion in each and offer interest free loans to get 1 million bluegens in homes and business across that state quickly.

    Reducing green house gases by 18 billion tones a year.

    Of course I'm only thinking of the enviroment here
    and the effect it would have on my portfolio has played no part in this consideration.
