    Wouldn worry to much... if sea didnt boom on the move of the oil price then ,the value was based on the$55.00 a barrel mark...
    If it goes to .065 or .070.. 0r it may surprise and goe to 8 as sea can now increase production on its new grounds... 260 million was raised in a oil price of $55 per barrel .. still got 10 bucks to drop
