    don't we all like to see the sp goes up n have a good break...not having to watch the screen everyday. Bet u all the directors feel the same way as the L/T holders , imagine u r one of them who holds 28 mil shares, imagine if an offer is on the table say ?? $1 - $1.50 for ur share n if u can tie the deal today won't u want to do so asap But unfortunately sometimes in the real world for a big deal to happen it's just going to take a little bit more time n patience than we expected. IMO pls DYOR
