As for PVD, I agree. If this was a hand of poker, a smart player would almost push "all in"
At 41c and on the result of a duster, yes, we would probably drop back to cash value of around 12c per share and the rebuild would begin.
Success on the other hand would see a jump to a possible high of $65.
Any professional gambler would acknowledge that upside versus downside is definitely worthy of being on board here.
