see what happens beatle, under the 15% rule SIH can place about another 25mil shares, so I wouldnt be surprised if SIH do manage the attract the right insto/broker that likes the story & want to cover it that SIH may place a few more shares higher then current price to get the right people set to push the sp higher, but as for diluting up to $100mil market cap down here I dont see that hapening unless management seriously fail to attract any interest, as you said SIH now has some very wealthy asian investors backing the story now, so its fair to assume that they wont want to see much more dilution down here.

Can only wait & see for now no doubt frustration is building among investors...
