Well
It's being a month now since the announcement and nothing heard yet. I would have thought we would have received an offer by now. I know things take time and an offer can be months away due to due dilligence etc... But having previously glossed over the company for about a month (albeit preliminarily) and knowing you wanted the company (which means doing your homework before jumping in), I would have thought CAPE would have something formulated by now.
In this instance it appears that no news is good news as discussions are sure to be underway between both companies and no one has spat the chewy yet...
We know and CAPE know that 90c didn't cut the mustard and since then PCG have announced a few more contracts and are expected to beat last years revenue/profit.
So why the heck is it taking so long....
Maybe they want a price the the PCG board will endorse, which will be a tough job as we know that the board are reluctant to part with the company.
Waiting in anticipation...
