I would have thought Richard is more than capable to do the driving? I think patience is required as the game has recently changed and there is a new market to promote to. This is going to take some time but I have confidence that management will be OK. At least they have changed the focus now and are not still doing the never ending drilling program to obtain not just 100 years but 1000 years worth of resource!
