I draw your attention to a paper written by Verbaan n., Bradley k. ,Brown j., and Mackie s., entitled A review of hydrometallurgical flowsheets considered in current REE projects, published by the British Columbia geological survey here on page 153 they quote a recovery of 70 % of the REE and that was based on company reports. saves me the task as here done by a totally independent group
