In order of priority what I will be looking at is:

- 1mL wearable. Are they paying for exclusivty? For a class of drug/s? Or complete exclusivity...details and what gets paid up front?

- 19.9% stake - I would like to see a % of that bought on market by Amgen over a 6 or 12 month period. The balance to be done immediately at whatever agreed price. Worst case scenario its all done as a placement of new shares...well at what SP.

- Loan...of interest as like you mention its unlikey we will get too much detail as to any druve-device programs. But we woudl get a little falvour of the deal if we get guidance on teh terms or repayment of any loan using device supply

Onwards and upwards...I have rather humble expectations of the deal and nto expected a re-rate in SP or a placement at prices at double current SP etc ... but woudl be happ to blow away
